tervelio.com is our only store. Use this page to verify a site, an ad or a message before paying.

1 · The only real TERVELIO store

ChannelThe real one
Storehttps://tervelio.com — no country variants, outlet domains or sale mirror sites.
EmailMessages from us end in @tervelio.com.
CheckoutPayment stays on tervelio.com or Shopify's secure checkout. We do not send person-to-person payment links by chat or direct message.
Check the address bar before paying. If the domain is not exactly tervelio.com, it is not our store.

2 · How to spot a fake

  • Read the domain letter by letter. One-character swaps and extra words such as “shop”, “sale” or a country suffix are common.
  • Be suspicious of impossible prices. A 70–90% flash-sale claim is designed to rush you past the address bar.
  • Look beyond copied product photos. Fake stores often lack clear fitment information, working policies and a reachable @tervelio.com inbox.
  • Do not trust an ad link by itself. Type tervelio.com into the browser and find the product again from our own site.

3 · What we will never do

Any one of these is enough to stop and verify the message:

  • Ask for payment by Western Union, MoneyGram, gift card or cryptocurrency.
  • Email new bank details or “corrected” payment instructions after checkout.
  • Ask for your full card number, password or verification code by email, chat or phone.
  • Pressure you to make a person-to-person payment in the next few minutes.

4 · If you already paid a fake site

Act quickly. The earlier a payment provider hears about the fraud, the better the chance of recovery.

StepWhat to do
1 · Contact the bankCall the card issuer or PayPal and open a dispute for a fraudulent merchant.
2 · Keep evidenceSave screenshots, the order confirmation, the site URL and every message.
3 · Report the fraudUse the consumer-protection or cybercrime reporting service in your country.
4 · Tell usSend us the URL and screenshots. We cannot refund money a fake merchant took, but the evidence helps with takedowns.
The recovery route is your payment provider. A fake-site order never reaches our Shopify account, so it cannot be handled through our returns system.

5 · Report or verify a site

Email service@tervelio.com with “Fake site report” in the subject. Include the URL, screenshots and the ad link if there was one.

You do not need to have lost money to report a suspicious store. If you are unsure, send the link before paying and we will confirm whether it belongs to us.

Common questions

I saw a TERVELIO ad with a huge discount. Is it real?

Check the exact domain and compare the offer with our Coupons & discounts page. If the offer is not listed there, do not trust the ad.

Do you sell through marketplaces?

Do not assume a marketplace listing using our name or photos is authorized. Our official store is tervelio.com; send us any listing you want verified.

A site uses your photos. Does that make it real?

No. Product photos can be copied. The domain is the decisive check: if it is not exactly tervelio.com, it is not our store.

How do I verify an email claiming to be TERVELIO?

Check that the sender ends in @tervelio.com. If the message asks for payment or sensitive information, start a new email to service@tervelio.com instead of replying.

Can TERVELIO refund a fake-site payment?

No. The payment never reached us. Contact the card issuer, bank or PayPal immediately and open a fraudulent-merchant dispute.
