TERVELIO LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company, operates tervelio.com and is responsible for the information described in this policy.

2 · Information we collect

What you give us directly

• Name, email, shipping and billing address, and phone number if you provide one
• Order details — what you bought, when, and any notes you leave us
• Anything you send us for a fitment check or support request — vehicle model, model year, sometimes a VIN, and photos or video of your car

What we collect automatically

• IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed — standard web analytics, not tied to your name unless you're logged in or have an account
• The site or ad that referred you here, if any

3 · How we use it

• To take, pack, ship and support your order
• To answer fitment checks and general questions
• To send order and shipping emails — these aren't optional, they're how you find out your order shipped
• To send marketing emails — only if you opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that actually works
• To spot and prevent fraud, and to keep the site working properly

4 · Cookies & similar tech

Some cookies are essential — they keep items in your cart and let you check out, and the site doesn't work without them. Others help us understand traffic in aggregate, like which pages get visited and roughly how orders convert.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies will likely break checkout; blocking analytics ones won't.

5 · Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment provider at checkout. We never see or store your full card number — it goes straight to the processor over an encrypted connection. What we keep on our side is limited to the order total, a payment status, and the last few digits of the card for your own order history.

6 · Who we share it with

• Shipping carriers — your name and address, so they can deliver your order
• Our payment processor — to charge and secure your payment
• Tools that help run the site — email delivery and analytics providers, bound to only use your data to provide that service to us
• Law enforcement or regulators — only where we're legally required to

We don't sell your information. Not to data brokers, not to anyone.

7 · How long we keep it

Order and tax records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Support conversations and fitment-check photos are kept only as long as they're useful for resolving your case, then deleted on a routine basis.

8 · Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• See what personal information we hold about you
• Correct it if it's wrong
• Ask us to delete it, outside what we're required to keep for tax and accounting
• Opt out of marketing at any time — the unsubscribe link, or just email us

These map broadly to rights under laws like the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA. To exercise any of them, email us — we'll respond to a verified request within a reasonable time.

9 · Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

10 · Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version — for anything material, we'll make a reasonable effort to flag it more visibly.
