1 · Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of tervelio.com, operated by TERVELIO LLC. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time — see section 11. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.

2 · Who can use this site

You need to be able to form a legally binding contract to buy from us — generally, the age of majority where you live. If you're placing an order on behalf of someone under that age, you're confirming you have the authority and responsibility to do so.

3 · Products, pricing & fitment

• Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and can change without notice — the price you see and confirm at checkout is the one that applies to your order
• We describe fitment as accurately as we can, and offer a free fitment check before you order specifically to reduce the chance of a mismatch — check yours here
• Photos are real product photography, but color can render slightly differently screen to screen — this isn't treated as a defect on its own

4 · Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale — we may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or stock that turns out to be unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, you'll be refunded in full.

5 · Shipping, returns & warranty

6 · Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable law
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site by automated means without our written permission
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems
• Upload anything containing a virus or other malicious code

Breaching this section may result in us restricting or ending your access to the site.

7 · Intellectual property

The text, photography, graphics and design on tervelio.com belong to TERVELIO LLC or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. You're welcome to link to us or share a page; reproducing our content elsewhere, in whole or substantially, needs our written permission first.

8 · Third-party links

Links on this site to third-party sites — payment providers, shipping carriers, social platforms — are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Using them is between you and that third party.

9 · Disclaimers & liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TERVELIO LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products bought through it, beyond the amount you actually paid us for the order in question.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that can't legally be limited or excluded, including certain consumer protection rights.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer protection law in your own country or state gives you rights these terms can't override.

11 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version on this page is always the current one, dated at the top. Material changes will be flagged with a reasonable effort beyond just the date update.
