Wholesale & trade — US PPF, detailing and install shops, resellers and distributors

Five units. That's the whole minimum.

Trade pricing starts at five units in a single order, and they don't have to be the same SKU or the same finish. Tell us the volume and the market and you'll have a real quote inside one business day.

No credit application. No account form to fill in first. One email to service@tervelio.com does it.

The objections

Three reasons a shop turns down a new supplier.

We've heard all three and none of them are unreasonable. The page runs in the order they come up, which is why the price tiers are further down — a price list from a supplier you don't trust yet is just noise.

"I already have a supplier for this."

You don't have to replace them. Five units is a test, not a switch.

01Objection 01 — I already have a supplier

Five units is a test, not a switch.

The minimum for trade pricing is five units in a single order, and they don't have to be the same SKU or the same finish.

We set the minimum low on purpose. A shop that has to commit to fifty units of something they've never fitted usually just doesn't bother, and we'd rather have the order that starts small than the one that never gets placed.

So keep your supplier. Put five units through a month of installs and watch what the person standing at your counter actually reacts to. If they don't sit right on the cars in your bay, you've risked an afternoon rather than a quarter's cash.

It also isn't a new product line to merchandise. The flagship is a trim cover that goes on a car already on your lift — about three minutes, no tools, nothing to mix and nothing to cure.

Quantity counts across the whole order, so five units of five different things still reaches the first tier.

02Objection 02 — you'll undercut me on your own site

Your margin isn't on our website.

We sell direct. Refusing to say so on the page where we ask for your order would be the fastest way to lose you, so here is exactly how our retail price behaves.

Trade pricesNever published

A customer can see what we charge retail. They cannot look up what you paid.

Being undercut by your own supplier's sitewide sale is how stock turns into dead stock, and it's the reason most shops are slow to take on a direct-to-consumer brand at all.

Trade pricing and any channel-specific requirements are confirmed directly in writing with your quote.

03Objection 03 — what if it doesn't fit the car in my bay

Fit one on a real car before you commit to fifty.

Samples, before a first bulk order. We'd rather you fit one on a real car than take our word for the tolerances.

01What every product page states first

Four things, before anything nice — because you are the one standing in front of the customer when it's wrong:

01What it fits
02What it does not fit
03The camera hardware version it was tested against
04The seat count it was built for
02Fitment support for your customers, not just you

Send the model, year and one photo of the mounting area, and you'll get an answer in writing you can paste straight back to them.

Set with your quote rather than guessed at on a page. What makes sense on five units and two hundred are not the same policy.

Trade tiers

Four tiers. Counted across the whole order.

Quantity is taken across the order, not the line. Two mud flap sets, two sunshades and one camera trim is five units, and five units is entry trade.

How the count works

Five units, mixed however you like.

Four families, two finishes of the same part, or five of one thing. The tier is set by what's on the order, not by what's on the line.

Families launch on a rolling schedule. The current in-stock list comes with your quote, so you're never ordering against a page that's ahead of the warehouse.

The arithmetic

We'll fill in our half of the worksheet.

You can buy a camera trim cover for less than we'll quote you. Here's the part of that price that arrives later, and the part of the margin only you can fill in.

We're rarely the cheapest listing on the page. What a cheaper listing doesn't price in is a unit that does not fit, the bay time to refit it, and the customer's fitment question.

We could print a margin percentage here. It would be invented, because it depends on your tier, finish mix, destination and what you charge for time on a car already on your lift.

The published retail number is what your customer sees. The rest stops being blank the moment the quote lands.

How to list it without borrowing a trademark.

Useful whether you're writing an online listing or a line on a counter card. It's also what keeps a listing up.

Say this

Compatibility statements — specific, checkable, and yours to make.

  • State the exact generation, not just the model name.
  • State what it does not fit as plainly as what it does.
  • Name the camera hardware version it was tested against.
  • Real carbon fibre, 3M VHB adhesive backing, about three minutes to fit, no tools.
  • Aftermarket accessory for Tesla vehicles — a compatibility statement.

Don't

The lines that get listings pulled — and none of them are ours to lend.

  • OEM, Original or Factory-style.
  • Any Tesla logo, T-badge, or the word Plaid on a listing, box or shelf card.
  • Anything implying TERVELIO is affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Tesla, Inc.
  • Universal fit. State the exact generation instead.

Seven more trade answers
How fast can trade stock actually reach me?

Quantity, destination and packaging all affect trade lead time, so timing comes with your quote. If a launch date depends on it, put the date in the first message.

What happens if a batch comes in wrong?

Tell us and we fix it. Return terms for a trade order are set with the quote because five units and two hundred are not the same policy.

Do I have to carry all four families?

No. Most shops should start with the products their customers already ask about. The tier is set by the total on the order.

Do you supply shops outside the US?

Stock is in the US and destination affects the quote. Tell us where it is going and we will confirm whether the route works.

Can I run wholesale and affiliate at the same time?

Yes. Stock the fast movers and refer the rest through the affiliate programme.

Who am I actually talking to?

One inbox — service@tervelio.com — answered by someone who knows the products.

If the answer you need isn't here, ask. The reply comes from someone who knows the products.
