One straightforward code for the whole store. No minimum spend and one use per customer.

TRIM10

This is the only public TERVELIO discount code currently active. If another code appears on a coupon site or in an old post, treat it as expired unless it is listed here.

2 · How to use it

Where	What to do
Cart	Open the cart, enter TRIM10 in the coupon field and apply it before checkout.
Checkout	Paste TRIM10 into the discount-code field and confirm that the total changes before paying.
Express checkout	Using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay? Add the code in the cart first, because express checkout may skip the code field.

Check the total before paying. If the code is accepted, the discount appears as a separate line in the order summary.

3 · The simple rules

One use per customer. TRIM10 is intended for one retail order.
One code per order. Shopify checkout accepts one public code at a time.
Apply it before payment. If you forgot, contact us within 24 hours and include the order number.
Refunds follow the price paid. A refund is based on the discounted order total.
Wholesale is separate. Trade pricing starts from five units and is not combined with public codes.

5 · Where real codes come from

Real TERVELIO codes are published on this page, sent from an @tervelio.com email address, or shared through an approved affiliate link.

Third-party coupon sites often list guesses and expired offers. If a site asks you to check out anywhere other than tervelio.com, close it and read our fraud warning.

No permanent flash sale. The product-page price is the real price. TRIM10 makes one retail order genuinely 10% lower.

Coupon questions

TRIM10 says invalid. What should I do?

Check for spaces, confirm it has not already been used on your customer account, and make sure the order is retail rather than wholesale. If it still fails, email us a screenshot before paying.

Can I use two codes on one order?

No. We keep one public code active so there is no comparison or stacking to work out.

I forgot the code. Can it be added afterwards?

Email us within 24 hours with the order number. If the order qualified and the code had not been used before, we will check whether the difference can be refunded.

Does the code work on wholesale orders?

No. Wholesale pricing is quoted separately and is designed for orders of five units or more.

A coupon site lists a larger TERVELIO code. Is it real?

If it is not listed on this page, assume it is expired or made up. Never check out through a lookalike domain.
