Have a qualified installer verify the drivetrain, mounting points, component clearance and supplied hardware. Never work underneath an unsupported vehicle, drill into high-voltage components or cover required cooling and service access. No crash resistance or impact rating is claimed.

Inspect fasteners, coating and clearance periodically and after underbody contact. Remove accumulated debris using a material-appropriate cleaner. Have a qualified installer assess any deformation or loosened fixing before continuing to drive.

Description

A formed carbon-steel underbody guard for the front-motor area of the refreshed Tesla Model 3. The broad panel, stamped ribs and defined mounting openings provide position-specific coverage beneath the motor.

The panel uses a shaped steel sheet with stamped ribs and notched edges. Its mounting layout belongs at the front-motor underside; it is not a battery enclosure, rear-motor plate or rear-bumper guard.

The selected configuration is a black-finished carbon-steel front-motor guard. The gallery separates the full panel, fitted location, rib surface, upper fixing holes and lower edge so the relevant geometry can be compared before installation.

Fitment

The front-motor position applies to dual-motor / AWD Model 3 configurations. For the refreshed Model 3 selection, confirm the actual underbody revision and fixing layout before ordering. Do not assume fitment for a rear-wheel-drive car without a front motor, or for Model Y.

Steel Front Motor Underbody Guard for Tesla Model 3

Coverage under the front motor.

A formed carbon-steel underbody guard for the front-motor area of the refreshed Tesla Model 3. The broad panel, stamped ribs and defined mounting openings provide position-specific coverage beneath the motor.

Highlights

A panel built around its position.

Position-specific coverage

The broad steel panel is placed beneath the front-motor area. Check the actual drivetrain and underbody layout; a Model 3 name alone does not establish fitment.

Raised stamped rib and matte-black coated steel surface of the front motor guard
Stamped into the sheet

Raised rectangular ribs shape the solid steel panel. This is coated steel rather than carbon-pattern plastic or an aluminum panel.

Round mounting holes along the upper edge of the steel motor guard
Defined fixing positions

The round upper holes and recessed lower openings locate the guard's attachments. Have an installer compare all fixing positions before securing the panel.

Design

Formed edges. Defined fixings.

The panel uses a shaped steel sheet with stamped ribs and notched edges. Its mounting layout belongs at the front-motor underside; it is not a battery enclosure, rear-motor plate or rear-bumper guard.

Notched lower edge and recessed mounting opening of the steel front motor guard

Shaped edges and recesses

Notched corners and formed lower edges follow the guard layout. Preserve clearance around adjacent components and do not reshape the plate to force a mismatched fit.

Finish

Black-finished carbon steel.

The selected configuration is a black-finished carbon-steel front-motor guard. The gallery separates the full panel, fitted location, rib surface, upper fixing holes and lower edge so the relevant geometry can be compared before installation.

Raised stamped rib and matte-black coated steel surface of the front motor guardCONFIGURATION

One black-finished steel guard for the front-motor position. A rear-motor guard, rear-bumper guard and coolant-pipe guards use different shapes and locations.

One front-motor guard in the selected configuration. Other underbody panels and the vehicle are not included.

Installation

Verify the layout before fastening.

01

Confirm the underside

Have a qualified installer identify the vehicle generation, dual-motor drivetrain and front-motor mounting layout on a properly supported lift. Compare the guard with all fixing points before removing panels.

02

Position and secure

Follow the supplied fitting instructions and hardware requirements. Maintain clearance from wiring, cooling components, suspension and service access; do not drill into high-voltage components or improvise attachment points.

03

Inspect the completed fit

Check every fixing, panel edge and neighboring component for secure attachment and clearance. Reinspect after the first journeys and any underbody contact. Stop and seek an inspection if the plate deforms or becomes loose.

After installation

Have a qualified installer verify the drivetrain, mounting points, component clearance and supplied hardware. Never work underneath an unsupported vehicle, drill into high-voltage components or cover required cooling and service access. No crash resistance or impact rating is claimed.

Fitment

Front motor, not every drivetrain.

The front-motor position applies to dual-motor / AWD Model 3 configurations. For the refreshed Model 3 selection, confirm the actual underbody revision and fixing layout before ordering. Do not assume fitment for a rear-wheel-drive car without a front motor, or for Model Y.

Check the AWD front underside

This position requires a front motor. Confirm the refreshed Model 3 underbody revision, fixing points and existing modifications with a qualified installer. No fitment is claimed for Model Y or an RWD front-motor position.

Send your model, model year and a clear installation-area photo to TERVELIO before ordering if fitment is uncertain.

FAQ

Before you fit the guard.

Will it fit a rear-wheel-drive Model 3?

Do not assume it will. This is a front-motor guard, so the relevant layout is dual-motor / AWD. Have an installer confirm the actual drivetrain and attachment points before ordering.

Is this the rear-bumper or rear-motor guard?

No. Those locations use different panels. This selection is for the front-motor underside; compare the shaped panel and fixing layout with the intended area.

Does it guarantee protection against a collision or every road impact?

No impact rating or crash-protection guarantee is claimed. The guard adds position-specific underbody coverage and requires correct fitting, periodic inspection and normal clearance precautions.

What should I measure or photograph before ordering?

Use the exact Tesla model, generation and model year, then compare one clear photo of the mounting area with the listing media. Model year alone is not enough when the interior or body part changed mid-cycle.

What comes in the package?

The selected option — “Refreshed Model 3 - Carbon Steel Front Motor Guard” — is the packing reference. Piece counts and left/right sets follow the option title and Description section; accessories shown only as context in photos are not assumed included.
