What a correct fit looks like
The part should sit flat around the full housing, keep every functional opening clear and meet the painted panel with an even perimeter. A close fit is more important than how the accessory name is written on a marketplace listing.

- The camera and repeater openings remain fully visible.
- The edge follows the body contour without rocking.

Five steps before final pressure
Work through the sequence in order. Each step removes a different source of fitment or installation error.
- Identify the vehicle. Confirm the exact model, model year and whether the car is the refreshed body version.
- Compare the housing. Use the product photos to compare the outline, camera position and repeater slot.
- Dry-fit both sides. Place each cover with the liner still attached and check the perimeter from several angles.
- Clean and align. Remove dust, oil and residue, then align the largest reference edge before peeling the liner.
- Press and verify. Apply even pressure around the perimeter, then confirm camera views and related functions before driving.
Fitment first. A listing title is a starting point. The physical shape, model year and selected option must also match the vehicle.
